We have an opportunity for a Relief Security Officer / Front of House Officer with in the Newcastle & Sunderland areas.

Covering various Sites within these areas, shifts will be a mixture of days, nights and weekends. Working an average of 42 hours per week over a 17 week period.

Job Purpose:

To provide a professional security service around the North East on various contracts, issue and check passes, monitor the boundaries of sites using CCTV, process and take control of mail and parcels. Meet and greet visitors and ensure their host is contacted. Correctly book in and induct all visitors to the site. Patrol the interior and exterior of the site at night and ensure all lone workers are looked after and visited during night time hours. On some sites Gatehouse duties booking in and out vehicles. Booking in and out staff, contractors, visitors to provide emergency cover as and when required to sites within the Region. Shifts are days, nights and weekends.

Candidates will require a good telephone manner have and excellent front of house skills, and be of the highest standard of dress at all times

SIA Licence
Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Relevant previous experience
Checkable 5 year work/education history
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
