An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an experienced, dynamic administrator in the role of Sia Licence Management and BS7858 Screening Procedures. The successful applicant will be a self-starter, fully versed with all legislative, compliance and procedural aspects of both the online application and renewal of Sia Licences; and hold a relevant certification of a BS7858 screening course.

The successful candidate will have three to five years’ experience within licensing and screening environments in a Sia ACS security company; they will be a natural innovative problem solver, with a positive outlook, well groomed and confident with the ability to provide a high level of customer care at all times. They will be a role model for the team, supporting the Manager, demonstrating self-motivation, multi-tasking and being a team player.

The ability to offer innovation and solutions to the day to day service delivery; able to work within and motivate the team.

A full time permanent role as part of core team with the Central Services team based in Stockport. The purpose of the role will be to ensure the continuity of service, compliance within the legislative constraints of BS7858 Screening; Sia Licensing; the Company Quality Management systems and Health & Safety procedures.


Duties will include the following:-
• All aspects of the Sia Licensing activities; including online application processing of new applications and renewals; management information and monthly statistics.
• Licensing checks and watch list weekly reviews.
• All aspects of T.U.P.E. transfer both incoming and outgoing.
• Processing and Management Information of BS7858 screening activities; with certification of same to controller level.
• Knowledge of the wider On-boarding activities; e.g. production/renewal management of ID Cards, provisional offer letters etc.
• Proactively supporting new initiatives within Central Services.
• Harnessing a culture of innovation and positivity across the team and the wider business.


• Minimum of three to five years’ experience within the sector
• Ability to provide solutions and efficiencies.
• Self-motivated with a desire for progression.
• Proven track record of success
