• Arranging 3rd party access to sites as required on behalf of customers or the client. This will involve contacting site owners or landlords via email, phone or even fax to be able to negotiate the site access required.
• Booking client and contractor staff on or off fault tickets which includes fault management for individual sites. This also includes monitoring their Health & Safety and may include check calls to individuals if required.
• Administer, monitor and review all alarm signals via monitoring systems ensuring prompt action when needed to high priority issues and to ensure that a timely response is initiated to all signals received (SLA targets to be achieved).
• Pro-actively monitor and manage faults or issues left outstanding from previous shift – ensure that all open jobs and chased to resolution where possible or suitable updates added to tickets.
