We are looking for a senior relief officer to carry out the following duties.

The senior element of the role vs the normal relief guards will be:
•Through personal network make sure we are fully staffed at relief level
•Will primarily be a relief guard themselves with between 2 ideally, 4 maximum hours per week where they can do something other than be covering a shift.
•Relationship building with control room and officers to drive the maximum flexibility in the resource we have
•Picking up with new starters / agency inductions (this could be by phone)
•Some delivery of training
•Picking up guards on appearance, uniforms etc
•Super levels of flexibility themselves

•Must hold a valid SIA License
•Intermediate level of PC skills (MS Office)
•5-year checkable work history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards. This must be completed in full with explanations on gaps in employment.
•Min 2 years within a Security environment
