Operations Manager (Mobile/Key holding)
Location: Hampshire / Surrey region
Hours: Monday to Friday (Early and late shifts)
A quality focused Security provider is looking to hire an ambitious & dedicated Ops Manager to oversee the delivery of mobile & key holding services to a customer portfolio.
If you are SIA Licensed, hold a full driving license and can lead and develop a team of Mobile Officers then get in touch.
What you will do:
Regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction
Conduct site surveys and conduct staff training
Roster and schedule the mobile team
Manage a team of Mobile Patrol Officers
Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee implementation of new contracts
Management of the control room function
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of Security staff and encourage further development
Required experience includes:
SIA License holder
Experience leading a Security team
Ideally have experience rostering and scheduling security staff
Full driving license
You will have the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with the client and be a confident people manager. With excellent interpersonal & communication skills you will be commercially aware with an attention to detail.
