Security Operations Manager
Location: Central London

You will be:
A people focused manager with the ability to coach and develop a large security team
Able to engage with the ability to identify training needs
A people manager with experience leading high performing teams
Passionate about innovation and service excellence
Able to manage and deliver projects, draft and implement policies and influence senior stakeholders
Your role will include:
Lead, coach and develop a large team of security professionals
Managing the delivery of security services within a fast paced environment
Formulation and implementation of security policies
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
Training needs analysis of the security team
Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
Management of control room services
Undertake risk assessments
Manage various adhoc and long term projects
