Security Operations Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
The position will commence on a contract basis therefore candidates should be immediately available. There is scope for the role to become permanent after a 4-6 month period.
We are looking for a candidate who will lead by example, provide leadership to a team of Officers and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. Applicants should have prior supervisory/management experience and hold a SIA license.

Prior management experience in the security sector
Experience of managing, motivating and leading a security team
Experience in a control room environment
A strong customer service focus with the ability to develop relationships
Strong organisational skills
Hold a valid SIA license
Supervision and leadership of a team of security officers
Responsible for the delivery of site security
Implementation of security guidelines (Assignment Instructions etc.).
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
Work closely with local Police and emergency services
Recruitment, training and staff development
Rostering of Officers
