Position: Regional Trainer/ Programme Tutor
Location: Greater and Central London – required to working remotely from home and at Learner locations across London.
Job Type: Full-time, 15-month contract - may develop in to permanent role
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: circa £28k, plus expenses

We are looking for people who have some understanding of the new apprenticeship standards, are experienced trainers, passionate about delivering learning and thrive on being instrumental to the development of others.

Our Trainers will manage their own caseload of around 50 learners within a designated region. The role is primarily to deliver the programme to set standards and visit learners regularly to support, coach and guide them through vocational training and assessment. GUK provided a 24/7 service so flexibility and adaptable to work out of normal hours to meet the needs of the learner is essential.

About you:

-Ideally you will already be a successful Standards Trainer in Customer Service
-Completed relevant and recent CPD
-Good knowledge of current issues within the Customer Service & security area
-Excellent communication skills
-The flexibility to travel and stay away from home
-Level 3 TAQA or A1/equivalent assessor qualification (this can be obtained within agreed timescales with GUK)
-IQA Award would be advantageous
-Functional Skills in Maths, English & ICT at Level 2 or willing to work towards
-PTLLS would be advantageous
