All applicants must be flexible to work in a shift pattern covering 24 hours including working days, nights and weekends. These positions are full time.
Hours: Average 48 + hours per week. 12 hours shifts working days, nights and weekends.
Salary: £25k per annum.
These roles consist of the following duties:
Use and maintenance of Logosoft time and attendance software.
Communicating with all clients and employees in a professional, courteous manner and to clearly record all details taken.
Ensuring all data entry is completed correctly in line with instructions and process..
To continuously update records and client requirement information.
To handle received alarms in line with company procedures.
Liaise with other emergency services as appropriate
Create and maintain incident reports electronically
Manage staff rostering & welfare monitoring systems
Key management and Data protection
Deployment of Mobile Patrol Officers to attend incidents in a timely manner
Ensure the Control Room operation meets industry and professional standards at all times.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Front Line SIA licence essential and preferably an additional CCTV licence for future changes.
Experience of Logosoft is essential for these positions.
