In-house Corporate Security Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 + a comprehensive benefits package
Location: Central London
This is a unique opportunity to work in-house for a prestigious corporate organisation based in Central London. The role will see you manage the strategic delivery of security and the implementation of various security programmes.
We are seeking a candidate who can lead a dedicated team, develop security strategy and undertake robust risk/threat assessments and business continuity planning.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Experience managing a security team in a corporate environment
Experience implementing a security strategy related to people, buildings and assets.
Specific experience within business continuity planning
Experience conducting risk assessments, threat assessments and crisis management planning
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Operational management of a dedicated security team
Formulation of security strategy to include people, buildings and information
Implementation of security strategy, projects and initiatives
Business continuity planning
Crisis management planning
Undertaking security surveys, risk and threat assessments
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
Cross functional working with the Property, Facilities and InfoSec teams.
Management of the control room function
