Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

This opportunity will see you manage a team of security officers and oversee the implementation of various security programmes focusing on security strategy.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing the delivery of manned guarding
Safeguarding of assets to include people, buildings and information
Strategic planning of the security function
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
Management of control room services
Management of 3rd party suppliers
