Job Description
Our client is a large national guarding company with offices throughout the UK.

The Company is looking for an experienced operations manager with a number of years security guarding experience to act in a project/operational management role. The role, which will require the individual to be involved in assisting in improving service and financial performance within specific areas, managing the implementation and ongoing service to major contracts, undertaking project based work within the organisation and covering for regional management.

The role will suit someone who has a good background in guarding, who is looking for a wider challenge and who is able to work away from home as necessary.

As well as proven operational skills you will possess strong commercial skills having had profit responsibility. Good interpersonal and team management skills will be supplemented by the ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
