Job Description
Our client is an established national security systems integrator, designing, implementing and managing technology based security systems for major clients across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Systems Operations Centre Manager to join their established team.

Based in Leeds, you will be responsible for managing and developing the System Operations Centre in order to deliver the annual operational performance targets, whilst maximising technology opportunities and delivering world class service through sound business processes. This will involve overall control of business strategy, budgets, people management and service delivery.

You will be an experienced operations manager with a background in managing budgets, personnel and operations within a systems operations or alarm monitoring centre environment . You will have strong management and presentation skills with a good knowledge of electronic security systems, and a track record of working within NSI gold standards. In addition you must live within commutable distance of their offices in Leeds and be prepared to travel within the UK.
