Job Description
Our client is an established facilities management organisation with an expanding security division providing services to clients in the South / South East of England. Due to business expansion they are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to sell their security services to clients in Hampshire and the South Coast region

Based in Bsingstoke, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in revenue achievement within manned guarding security sales and have an entrepreneurial outlook to develop to a senior level through sales performance.

You will be able to work effectively as part of a team but also be self-motivated and work on your own initiative. In addition you have the initiative to develop strong client relationships and be able to combine this with strong presentation skills.

It is a given that you will be self motivated, commercially aware, and be able to monitor the needs of clients to determine future value added opportunities and extensions to existing services.
