CONTROL CENTRE TEAM LEADER

Job Description
The Control Centre is a scheduling hub serving the offices within the specified Region. The Team Leader acts as a communications / scheduling point to ensure all the customer contractual obligations are met. It ensures that the relevant Managers are aware of all scheduling issues within their remit.

This position is a Monday-Friday role, daytime only. The key tasks are:

· To supervise the Co-ordinators, ensuring every office in the region is fully rostered (Contractual & Temporary work); ensuring contractual commitments to Officers and Customers are met.
· To provide assistance and advice for all Supervisors & Managers in both routine and emergency situations.
· To communicate and liaise with Support Centres and Head Office staff.
· To provide details of any persistent sick or blow-out offenders, and look to identify trends and report accordingly.
· To schedule reports from the Rostering System ensuring 100% coverage at all times and the Control Centre is manned at all times with trained Co-ordinators.
· Provide a daily overview to Managers and continually identify ways to improve the current scheduling methods.
· Liaise with site based Supervisors / Managers to ensure accurate communication of site rotas, amendments, quick resolve of Pay Queries.

Must have previously worked in a similar position at Supervisory level, excellent interpersonal skills, professional telephone manner, computer literacy and a positive outlook.
