Job Description
Primary purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of a number of customer based operations in such a way as to meet and preferably exceed annually agreed targets and budgets for:

Revenue from new and existing customer development
Profitability
Customer service
Operational efficiency
Employee satisfaction
Continuous improvement

Our client is a large national guarding company that has a client base of medium to large commercial and retail clients. They are actively looking for someone in the City area to manage a portfolio around central London, mainly the West End. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with customers, both in respect to the service provided and all the commercial aspects of the contracts. Managing and developing a highly professional and motivated team will be a key measure of success.

Much of the time is spent on sites ensuring that service standards are achieved and that staff are fully communicated with and trained to undertake the company’s and client’s requirements. You will have experience within the manned guarding sector and now be seeking to further your career with a large professional company that is committed to internal development and promotion.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers are essential. Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing a quality service through effective quality systems.
