SITE SECURITY MANAGER

Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a Site Security Manager to manage a team of around 40 Officers within a site in South London. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team’s performance, ensuring at all times that the level of service meets the customer’s requirements.

The site is a 24 hour operation with a control room and will require a x50 hour week. The shift is on a two week rotation, two weeks of days Mon-Fri and two weeks of nights Fri pm - Sat am. The role will be to manage the mobile security patrols and foot patrol, cash collection and Health & Safety.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day liaison with staff from various departments within the establishment taking account of any addition one-off requirements.

Must have previous security Site Management experience combined with a proven ability to effectively manage and develop a team of around x40 Officers.

You will possess good communication skills, be able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and demonstrate an ability to work in a flexible and autonomous manner.
