As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day Control Centre service delivery, which includes the City's entire CCTV network; the out-of-hours services; contract and project management and managing the Control Centre Team, and have a flair for business expansion.
You will undertake a wide range of duties in this broad role, with the opportunity to own an array of responsibilities, including: - Responding to alarms - Securing our buildings - Ensuring the safety of our staff, students and visitors - Monitoring CCTV - Campus patrols - First aid response - Crowd management at our events, like graduation and open days and special school events - Bag checks and supporting drinks receptions - Emergency response - Providing a first-class customer service We would like you to have an SIA door supervisor's license, but if you don't, we can provide this for you, you just need to be willing to undertake the training to obtain one (we will pay for this and then claim the cost back from your salary over a 3 month period).
